Le journaliste Mohamed Boughalleb a \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9 ce jeudi 20 f\u00e9vrier 2025, selon une information rapport\u00e9e par l\u2019agence TAP.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLe 11 f\u00e9vrier dernier, la Cour de cassation avait confirm\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision de la chambre d\u2019accusation de renvoyer Mohamed Boughalleb devant la chambre criminelle. Il devait \u00eatre jug\u00e9 en vertu de l\u2019article 24 du d\u00e9cret 54 sur la lutte contre les crimes li\u00e9s aux syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information et de communication, pour offense \u00e0 un fonctionnaire public, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e contre lui par une enseignante universitaire.<\/p>\n
