Restaur\u00e9e en 2019, la medersa Bir Lahjar abrite un centre culturel depuis plus d’une trentaine d’ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tReconvertie en centre culturel municipal, la medersa Bir Lahjar a une longue histoire commenc\u00e9e au dix-huiti\u00e8me si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n

C’est en 1757 que Ali Pacha a fait \u00e9difier cette medersa pour l’usage des \u00e9tudiants de la grande mosqu\u00e9e Zitouna. Ces derniers y logeaient et suivaient des cours.<\/p>\n

Le b\u00e2timent servira ensuite \u00e0 l’\u00c9cole normale des instituteurs avant d’\u00eatre employ\u00e9 en tant que centre culturel municipal depuis 1991.<\/p>\n

Restaur\u00e9e depuis 2019, cette medersa qui se trouve \u00e0 la confluence de la Hafsia et de la rue du Pacha a \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9e monument historique depuis 1922.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
