Dans l\u2019affaire qui l\u2019oppose Sonia Dahmani au minist\u00e8re de la Justice et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment au Comit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des prisons et de la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation, le juge d’instruction du tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Tunis a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de la renvoyer devant la Cour d\u2019appel.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLe juge d’instruction du tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Tunis a inform\u00e9 ce mardi 28 mai 2024, l’avocate Sonia Dahmani de la d\u00e9cision de clore l’enqu\u00eate concernant une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e contre elle par l’Administration g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des prisons et de la r\u00e9insertion au sujet d’une d\u00e9claration m\u00e9diatique qu’elle a faite sur la situation des d\u00e9tenus.<\/p>\n

Sur la base de la cl\u00f4ture de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, le juge d’instruction du tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Tunis a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de renvoyer l’affaire devant la chambre d’accusation de la cour d’appel de Tunis pour qu’elle prenne les mesures appropri\u00e9es, rapporte Mosaique fm.<\/p>\n

Dans cette affaire, Sonia Dahmani est poursuivie par le Comit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des prisons et de la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du d\u00e9cret 54 pour des propos tenus \u00e0 l’antenne et pour \u00ab\u00a0diffusion de fausses nouvelles et de fausses informations dans le but de nuire \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique et de diffamer et d’inciter autrui\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
