Le proc\u00e8s en appel de Rached Ghannouchi, pr\u00e9sident du mouvement Ennahdha, dans l’affaire de glorification du terrorisme et d’incitation \u00e0 la haine, a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajourn\u00e9 au 27 mai prochain par la chambre criminelle de la cour d’appel de Tunis.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCette affaire, connue sous le nom d’affaire \u00ab\u00a0Taghout\u00a0\u00bb, trouve ses origines dans une d\u00e9claration de Rached Ghannouchi o\u00f9 il qualifiait un d\u00e9funt de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9sistant au Taghout\u00a0\u00bb, ce qui a conduit un syndicat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 porter plainte contre lui. Le proc\u00e8s de Rached Ghannouchi, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 ajourn\u00e9, dans un premier temps, au 6 mai.<\/p>\n

Condamn\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re instance \u00e0 un an de prison et \u00e0 une amende de 1000 dinars, Rached Ghannouchi a vu le parquet interjeter appel, renvoyant ainsi le dossier devant la chambre criminelle de la cour d’appel de Tunis. Celle-ci a durci la peine de prison \u00e0 15 mois, assortie d’une surveillance administrative de trois ans et d’une amende.<\/p>\n

L’\u00e9quipe de d\u00e9fense de Ghannouchi a contest\u00e9 ce verdict devant la Cour de cassation, qui a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’annuler le jugement et de renvoyer l’affaire devant la cour d’appel de Tunis pour r\u00e9examen par une nouvelle composition de la chambre.<\/p>\n

Ghannouchi, absent lors des audiences, estimant que la justice n’\u00e9tait pas impartiale, a boycott\u00e9 toutes les s\u00e9ances. Depuis avril 2023, il est en d\u00e9tention et fait face \u00e0 plusieurs autres affaires, dont celle de complot contre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l’\u00c9tat et de financement \u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
