Le secr\u00e9taire d\u2019Etat am\u00e9ricain Antony Blinken m\u00e8ne actuellement une tourn\u00e9e au Moyen-Orient pour tenter d\u2019arracher une tr\u00eave dans la guerre entre Isra\u00ebl et le Hamas. En effet, actuellement, tous les efforts tournent autour d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle tr\u00eave durable \u00e0 gaza.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHier mardi, le Qatar, principal m\u00e9diateur entre le Hamas et Isra\u00ebl, a annonc\u00e9 avoir re\u00e7u une \u00ab r\u00e9ponse positive \u00bb du mouvement palestinien \u00e0 une proposition de tr\u00eave incluant la lib\u00e9ration d’otages retenus \u00e0 Gaza.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Pour sa part, Isra\u00ebl a annonc\u00e9 que les diff\u00e9rentes parties concern\u00e9es sont en train d\u2019\u00e9tudier cette r\u00e9ponse. \u00ab\u00a0La r\u00e9ponse du Hamas a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmise par le m\u00e9diateur qatari au Mossad. Les d\u00e9tails sont en train d’\u00eatre examin\u00e9s avec attention par les responsables impliqu\u00e9s dans les n\u00e9gociations\u00a0\u00bb, indique un communiqu\u00e9 du bureau de Benjamin Netanyahu.<\/p>\n

On apprend dans ce sens que le Hamas aurait \u00e9labor\u00e9 un projet de cessez-le-feu d’une dur\u00e9e de quatre mois et demi divis\u00e9 en trois \u00e9tapes, susceptible de conduire \u00e0 la fin du conflit qui l’oppose \u00e0 Isra\u00ebl. Cet accord inclut l\u2019\u00e9change de prisonniers et d\u2019otages, mais surtout l\u2019entr\u00e9e d\u2019aides humanitaires dans la bande de Gaza.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Selon le dernier bilan du minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 du Hamas, communiqu\u00e9 mercredi 7 f\u00e9vrier, 27 708 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es \u00e0 Gaza depuis le d\u00e9but de la guerre, le 7 octobre 2023.
