Les \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles en \u00c9gypte ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 ce dimanche matin 10 d\u00e9cembre 2023 pour se poursuivre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 mardi prochain, avec le pr\u00e9sident sortant Abdelfattah Al-Sissi en position favorable pour remporter un troisi\u00e8me mandat, face \u00e0 trois autres candidats qui se pr\u00e9sentent contre lui, mais relativement peu connus du grand public.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLa campagne \u00e9lectorale, qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans l\u2019ombre du conflit entre le Hamas et l\u2019entit\u00e9 sioniste, a attir\u00e9 peu l\u2019attention du public.<\/p>\n

Dans ce pays de 106 millions d\u2019habitants dont les deux tiers vivent en-dessous ou juste au-dessus du seuil de pauvret\u00e9, confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une grave crise \u00e9conomique, les principaux enjeux de cette \u00e9lection tournent autour de la question du pouvoir d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques que vit le pays, aucune opposition s\u00e9rieuse ne semble \u00e9merger sous le r\u00e9gime d\u2019Al-Sissi.\u00a0<\/p>\n

La participation \u00e9lectorale sera un facteur cl\u00e9, alors que lors de la derni\u00e8re pr\u00e9sidentielle, elle avait atteint 41,5%, six points de moins qu\u2019au scrutin pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, et les r\u00e9sultats officiels sont pr\u00e9vus pour le 18 d\u00e9cembre courant.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
