Accus\u00e9 d’avoir qualifi\u00e9 les forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0tyrans\u00a0\u00bb, le pr\u00e9sident d\u2019Ennahdha avait \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 un an de prison, en mai dernier par le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Tunis pour glorification du terrorisme.<\/p>\n

Le dossier concerne en effet, une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par un syndicaliste de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, qui accuse Rached Ghannouchi d’avoir glorifi\u00e9 et lou\u00e9 le terrorisme lors des fun\u00e9railles d’un des dirigeants du mouvement Ennahda. Le plaignant consid\u00e8re que l’expression \u00ab\u00a0Taghout\u00a0\u00bb s’adressait aux forces de l’ordre.<\/p>\n
