Selon un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 par le Syndicat national des journalistes tunisiens (SNJT) une cellule de crise a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en partenariat avec la Haute autorit\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendante de la communication audiovisuelle (HAICA) .<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCette cellule a pour objectif de suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution du paysage m\u00e9diatique et de r\u00e9pondre aux aspirations et pr\u00e9occupations des journalistes. La cellule se penchera \u00e9galement \u00e0 d\u00e9crypter les moyens et les outils permettant de garantir l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance de la HAICA.<\/p>\n

Les deux parties convergent pour se concentrer sur des priorit\u00e9s du m\u00e9tier et notamment sur l\u2019obligation qui incombe aux m\u00e9dias priv\u00e9s de respecter les droits des journalistes, de se plier aux cahiers des charges en vigueur et de veiller \u00e0 ne pas porter atteinte \u00e0 l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance des m\u00e9dias.<\/p>\n

La cellule aura aussi \u00e0 discuter du statut des m\u00e9dias et de la l\u00e9gislation r\u00e9gissant l’espace audiovisuel et la presse \u00e9crite, a indiqu\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du SNJT, Mohamed Yassine Jelassi, soulignant que la situation des journalistes des m\u00e9dias priv\u00e9s contredit les clauses des cahiers des charges, le Droit du travail et les d\u00e9crets-lois 115 et 116.<\/p>\n

Pour le cas des m\u00e9dias publics, Jelassi a mis en garde contre les incessantes tentatives de l’Ex\u00e9cutif visant \u00e0 mettre la main sur des m\u00e9dias, citant en exemple, la Radio r\u00e9gionale de Monastir et l’\u00e9tablissement de la T\u00e9l\u00e9vision nationale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
