{"id":204319,"date":"2023-03-27T14:45:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-27T14:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.webdo.tn\/fr\/blog\/la-justice-se-prononce-contre-la-suspension-du-feuilleton-fallujah\/204319\/"},"modified":"2025-05-20T22:01:19","modified_gmt":"2025-05-20T22:01:19","slug":"la-justice-se-prononce-contre-la-suspension-du-feuilleton-fallujah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.webdo.tn\/fr\/actualite\/national\/la-justice-se-prononce-contre-la-suspension-du-feuilleton-fallujah\/204319\/","title":{"rendered":"La justice se prononce contre la suspension du feuilleton \u00a0\u00bbFallujah\u00a0\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La justice s&rsquo;est prononc\u00e9e concernant la plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e contre la diffusion du feuilleton ramadanesque \u00ab\u00a0Fallujah\u00a0\u00bb et a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de rejeter ladite plainte.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLa Chambre des urgences aupr\u00e8s du Tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Tunis a rejet\u00e9 la plainte en r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par deux avocats afin de faire suspendre la diffusion du feuilleton ramadanesque \u00ab\u00a0Fallujah\u00a0\u00bb sur la cha\u00eene El Hiwar Ettounsi.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision vient mettre fin \u00e0 une pol\u00e9mique qui dure depuis le d\u00e9but du Ramadan et la diffusion du premier \u00e9pisode.<\/p>\n<p>Le feuilleton \u00ab\u00a0Fallujah\u00a0\u00bb de Saoussen Jemni a en effet provoqu\u00e9 une v\u00e9ritable vague de col\u00e8re en premier lieu au sein des \u00e9ducateurs et enseignants.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre de l&rsquo;Education, Mohamed Ali Boughdiri, a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 les sc\u00e8nes contenues dans le feuilleton. Selon lui, cette s\u00e9rie porte atteinte \u00e0 l&rsquo;image de tout le corps \u00e9ducatif dont les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, professeurs, surveillants et directeurs des lyc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Cette pol\u00e9mique a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 au menu d&rsquo;un Conseil minist\u00e9riel de vendredi 24 mars, sous la pr\u00e9sidence de la cheffe du gouvernement, Najla Bouden.<\/p>\n<p>Pour sa part, Hichem Snoussi, repr\u00e9sentant de la Haute Autorit\u00e9 Ind\u00e9pendante de la Communication Audiovisuelle (HAICA), s&rsquo;est exprim\u00e9 contre toute action de censure qui ne doit pas \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0banalis\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb et rappel\u00e9 que dans ce genre de pol\u00e9mique, la HAICA en sa qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;institution publique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e se garde de tout
