Le projet de loi de finances 2023 est en phase de finalisation, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la ministre des Finances, Sihem Boughdiri Nemsia.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIntervenant, mardi, lors de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du 66\u00e8me anniversaire de la Douane Tunisienne, elle a rappel\u00e9, dans une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 l’agence TAP, que l\u2019\u00e9laboration du projet qui s’inscrit dans le cadre du programme national de r\u00e9formes, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en concertation avec toutes les structures et organisations nationales et au niveau du Conseil National de la Fiscalit\u00e9 (CNF).<\/p>\n

Rappelons qu’entre autres d\u00e9cisions, l\u2019Union tunisienne des professions lib\u00e9rales (UTPL), a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y aura pas de lev\u00e9e du secret professionnel dans la loi de Finances 2023.<\/p>\n

L\u2019UTPL a expliqu\u00e9 que la ministre des Finances a approuv\u00e9 la demande de l\u2019Union d’abandonner la proposition de lev\u00e9e du secret professionnel, qui figurait dans la premi\u00e8re version du projet de Loi de Finances 2023, et ce \u00e0 l’issue de la deuxi\u00e8me r\u00e9union du Conseil national de la fiscalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00a0L\u2019UTPL a, \u00e9galement, indiqu\u00e9 que sa demande pour annuler la proposition d\u2019augmentation de la TVA sur les prestations des professionnels lib\u00e9raux, de 13% \u00e0 19%, n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
