accueillir les pr\u00e9sidents de la R\u00e9publique tunisienne.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est Bourguiba qui en fut le premier locataire apr\u00e8s avoir quitt\u00e9 le palais Essaada de la Marsa o\u00f9 il avait r\u00e9sid\u00e9 pour un temps.<\/p>\n<p>Cette photographie nous montre le chantier de construction du palais qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur l&#8217;emplacement de villas o\u00f9
