Le S\u00e9nat fran\u00e7ais a adopt\u00e9 ce mardi 9 juin le projet de loi sur le renseignement avec 251 voix pour contre 68. Le 5 mai dernier, l’Assembl\u00e9e Nationale a adopt\u00e9 ce m\u00eame projet de loi avec 438 voix pour contre 86.<\/p>\n

Le projet de loi d\u00e9finit les missions des services de renseignement (de la pr\u00e9vention du terrorisme \u00e0 l’espionnage \u00e9conomique) ainsi que le r\u00e9gime d’autorisation et de contr\u00f4le des techniques d’espionnage (\u00e9coutes, pose de cam\u00e9ras ou de logiciel-espion, acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es de connexion, etc.).<\/p>\n

La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile fran\u00e7aise ainsi que les m\u00e9dias fran\u00e7ais se sont farouchement oppos\u00e9s \u00e0 cette adoption. Une p\u00e9tition a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e par\u00a0le politologue Thomas Gu\u00e9nol\u00e9 et la communicante Katerina Ryzhakova le 9 avril dernier et qui a rassembl\u00e9 plus de 100.000 signatures.<\/p>\n

De nombreux rassemblements ont eu lieu \u00e0 Paris contre l’adoption du projet de loi qu’ils qualifient comme une menace \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 en France.
\nL’ancien consultant de la NSA, Edward Snowden, a quant \u00e0 lui affirm\u00e9 que le gouvernement fran\u00e7ais \u00ab\u00a0exploite la trag\u00e9die\u00a0\u00bb des attaques contre \u00ab\u00a0Charlie Hebdo\u00a0\u00bb et l’Hyper Cacher pour donner \u00ab\u00a0de nouveaux pouvoirs intrusifs\u00a0\u00bb aux services secrets, dans une tribune publi\u00e9e sur Lib\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
