Le pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain Barack Obama est arriv\u00e9 dimanche 20 mars \u00e0 La Havane pour sceller le rapprochement entre les \u00c9tats-Unis et Cuba. Il s\u2019agit de la premi\u00e8re visite d\u2019un dirigeant am\u00e9ricain en exercice depuis la r\u00e9volution castriste de 1959.<\/p>\n

Obama a \u00e9galement rencontr\u00e9, lors de cette visite historique, le pr\u00e9sident cubain, Raul Castro. Les deux hommes se sont adress\u00e9s aux medias pour conclure cet entretien.<\/p>\n

Contrairement \u00e0 son homologue, le pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019aise lors de cette conf\u00e9rence de presse qui n\u2019a pas plu \u00e0 Raul, allergique aux journalistes.
\nUn geste \u00e0 double sens
\nEn fin de conf\u00e9rence, Obama, d\u00e9tendu et souriant, aurait tent\u00e9 de donner une tape sur l’\u00e9paule Castro. Ce dernier, visiblement m\u00e9content, a imm\u00e9diatement repouss\u00e9 cette tentative comme s\u2019il avait dit : \u00ab Pas de \u00e7a avec moi ! \u00bb, une premi\u00e8re interpr\u00e9tation.<\/p>\n

Pour l\u2019AFP, ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas une tape rat\u00e9e, mais plut\u00f4t, une erreur de protocole commise par Castro qui a essay\u00e9 de lever le bras d\u2019Obama qui n\u2019a pas accompagn\u00e9 ce mouvement et qui a laiss\u00e9 tomber sa main.<\/p>\n
