Fayez al-Sarraj, chef du gouvernement libyen d’union nationale (GNA) a annonc\u00e9 officiellement hier samedi 17 d\u00e9cembre la lib\u00e9ration totale de la ville de Syrte ancien fief libyen de l’organisation terroriste Daech.
