La situation est confuse, samedi dernier Al-Jazeera a rapport\u00e9 des d\u00e9clarations \u00ab\u00a0dangereuses\u00a0\u00bb faites par le mar\u00e9chal libyen Khalifa Haftar apr\u00e8s une \u00e9ventuelle incursion de l’arm\u00e9e alg\u00e9rienne en Libye.<\/p>\n

En effet, accusant l\u2019arm\u00e9e alg\u00e9rienne d\u2019avoir men\u00e9 une incursion en Libye, le mar\u00e9chal Khalifa Haftar a menac\u00e9 d\u2019entrer en guerre contre l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, rapporte r\u00e9cemment la cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, Al-Jazzera, cit\u00e9e par des m\u00e9dias alg\u00e9riens.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn temps de guerre, on ne permet \u00e0 personne de s\u2019approcher de nous. Les Alg\u00e9riens ont profit\u00e9 de l\u2019occasion et ont p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 sur le territoire libyen. J\u2019ai envoy\u00e9 le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Abdelkrim \u00e0 Alger pour leur dire que ce qu\u2019il s\u2019est pass\u00e9 n\u2019est pas fraternel\u201d, aurait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l\u2019homme fort de l\u2019est libyen.<\/p>\n

Ce lundi 10 septembre, le ministre alg\u00e9rien des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res s’est entretenu avec son homologue libyen concernant les propos de Haftar.\u00a0Le ministre libyen a d\u00e9savou\u00e9 Haftar le traitant de \u00ab\u00a0g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 la retraite\u00a0\u00bb, rapporte la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision publique ENTV.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
