En France, trois nouveaux cas de thromboses, des caillots de sang, atypiques associ\u00e9s au vaccin contre le coronavirus d&rsquo;AstraZeneca sont survenus le 19 et le 25 mars, selon l&rsquo;Agence du m\u00e9dicament (ANSM).<\/p>\n<p>Une thrombose est un caillot se formant dans un vaisseau sanguin et l&rsquo;obstruant. Le caillot peut se former dans une veine ou dans une art\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Deux personnes en sont mortes. Depuis le d\u00e9but de la vaccination, ce sont \u00ab douze cas, dont quatre d\u00e9c\u00e8s au total \u00bb, de ces thromboses rares qui sont survenus en France, indique vendredi 2 avril l&rsquo;ANSM, rapporte l&rsquo;agence AFP.<\/p>\n<p>Toujours selon la m\u00eame source, l&rsquo;agence \u00ab\u00a0confirme \u00e0 nouveau la survenue, tr\u00e8s rare, de ce risque thrombotique \u00bb chez des personnes vaccin\u00e9es par le vaccin AstraZeneca\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En Tunisie, des professionnels de sant\u00e9 ont refus\u00e9 de recevoir le vaccin AstraZeneca. Selon le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Union nationale des professionnels de la sant\u00e9 Mohamed Aouinet ce vaccin suscite de grandes inqui\u00e9tudes, surtout qu\u2019un certain nombre de pays occidentaux en avaient interdit l\u2019utilisation.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre de la sant\u00e9 Faouzi Mahdi a indiqu\u00e9 vendredi 2 avril que le comit\u00e9 de veille pharmacologie relevant du comit\u00e9 scientifique de lutte contre le coronavirus a recommand\u00e9 l\u2019utilisation du vaccin AstraZeneca notamment pour les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de plus de 60
