Commerce, transport, agriculture, industrie, s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u2026 des dizaines d\u2019accords ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s entre la Libye et l\u2019Egypte, ce jeudi 16 septembre 2021.<\/p>\n

Ces accords ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la visite du chef du gouvernement libyen de transition, Abdelhamid Dbeibah au Caire. Selon plusieurs m\u00e9dias \u00e9gyptiens, la valeur de ces accords s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 des dizaines de milliards de dollars.<\/p>\n

Selon ces accords, le Caire contribuera aux efforts de restauration de l\u2019industrie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re libyenne dans le cadre de la coop\u00e9ration permanente entre les deux pays.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9conciliation politique en Libye et la mise en place d\u2019un gouvernement provisoire pr\u00e9parent le pays \u00e0 une longue op\u00e9ration de reconstruction, un march\u00e9 \u00e9conomique colossal pour la Tunisie, au c\u0153ur d\u2019une crise financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Sauf que les querelles politique en Tunisie, ne cessent d\u2019affaiblir sa situation et ses relations \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger m\u00eame avec les pays voisins. Entretemps, c\u2019est l\u2019Egypte qui d\u00e9ploie tous les efforts pour avoir la part de lion dans ce march\u00e9 colossal.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Egypte essaie de reprendre sa place en Libye. Depuis plusieurs mois, les contacts \u00e9gypto-libyens s\u2019intensifient. Les discussions politiques et s\u00e9curitaires ont repris dans le but de stabiliser le pays et la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n

Sauf qu\u2019il semble que la Tunisie n\u2019a pas encore saisi cette \u00e9norme opportunit\u00e9. A l\u2019exception de quelques coups de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de courtoisie avec les parties libyennes, mais aussi des visites sans r\u00e9sultats.
