{"id":181224,"date":"2022-04-27T12:53:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-27T12:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.webdo.tn\/fr\/actualite\/blog\/coronavirus-loms-recommande-fortement-ce-medicament\/181224\/"},"modified":"2025-05-22T12:02:08","modified_gmt":"2025-05-22T12:02:08","slug":"coronavirus-loms-recommande-fortement-ce-medicament","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.webdo.tn\/fr\/actualite\/international\/coronavirus-loms-recommande-fortement-ce-medicament\/181224\/","title":{"rendered":"Coronavirus : L\u2019OMS recommande fortement ce m\u00e9dicament"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 rendu public, l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 a \u00e9mis une recommandation forte en faveur de l\u2019administration de Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir\/ritonavir) aux patients atteints de formes b\u00e9nignes et mod\u00e9r\u00e9es de la COVID-19 les plus \u00e0 risque d\u2019hospitalisation.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019OMS \u00ab ce m\u00e9dicament de meilleur choix th\u00e9rapeutique pour les patients \u00e0 haut risque \u00e0 ce jour \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9dicament antiviral par voie orale de Pfizer (une combinaison de comprim\u00e9s de nirmatrelvir et de ritonavir) est fortement recommand\u00e9 pour les patients atteints de formes sans gravit\u00e9 de la COVID-19 qui pr\u00e9sentent cependant le risque le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper une forme grave et d\u2019\u00eatre hospitalis\u00e9s, par exemple les patients non vaccin\u00e9s, \u00e2g\u00e9s ou immunod\u00e9prim\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, plusieurs facteurs font que ce m\u00e9dicament susceptible de sauver des vies repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi d\u2019ampleur pour les pays \u00e0 revenu faible et interm\u00e9diaire : sa disponibilit\u00e9, le manque de transparence des prix dans le cadre des accords bilat\u00e9raux conclus par le producteur, et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mener des tests rapides et exacts avant de l\u2019administrer, met en garde l\u2019OMS.<\/p>\n<p>Cette recommandation est bas\u00e9e sur de nouvelles donn\u00e9es issues de deux essais contr\u00f4l\u00e9s randomis\u00e9s portant sur 3078 patients. Les donn\u00e9es montrent que le risque d\u2019hospitalisation est r\u00e9duit de 85 % gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce traitement. Dans un groupe \u00e0 haut risque (risque d\u2019hospitalisations sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 %), cela repr\u00e9sente 84 hospitalisations de moins pour 1000 patients.<\/p>\n<p>Notons que Pfizer a sign\u00e9 un accord pour permettre la fabrication et la vente de sa pilule exp\u00e9rimentale de traitement Covid-19 dans 95 pays en d\u00e9veloppement.<br \/>\nLa Tunisie est parmi ces pays.
