Ooredoo Tunisie et la Poste tunisienne lancent un service d\u2019encaissement de mandats organismes (assurances, associations\u2026) et mandats sociaux (CNAM, CNSS, CNRPS) via l\u2019application mobile, Mobiflouss.<\/p>\n

Ce service exclusif \u00e0 Ooredoo est une avant-premi\u00e8re dans la r\u00e9gion. Ooredoo est ainsi le premier et seul op\u00e9rateur qui offre ce genre de services pour ces institutions.<\/p>\n

Le service \u00abMobiFlouss\u00bb permet, d\u00e9sormais, l\u2019encaissement des mandats CNAM, CNSS et CNRPS sans oublier les mandats organismes via mobile, d\u2019une mani\u00e8re instantan\u00e9e et fiable. Cet encaissement se fait 24h\/24 et 7jours\/7, sans besoin de se d\u00e9placer aux bureaux de poste.<\/p>\n

Il offre \u00e9galement plusieurs avantages aux utilisateurs pour g\u00e9rer \u00e0 distance leur compte e-DINAR SMART.<\/p>\n

L\u2019inscription \u00e0 ce service est simple et gratuite. Elle se fait directement sur mobile. Il suffit aux abonn\u00e9s titulaires de la carte e-DINAR SMART et d\u2019un num\u00e9ro Ooredoo de suivre les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\n

\tComposer la commande *112#
\n\tChoisir le chiffre 4 \u00abencaisser de l\u2019argent\u00bb
\n\tChoisir le chiffre 4 \u00abCNAM\/CNSS\/CNRPS\u00bb ou le chiffre 5 pour les \u00ab mandats organismes \u00bb
\n\tIntroduire le num\u00e9ro de la carte d\u2019identit\u00e9 compos\u00e9 de 8 chiffres et le num\u00e9ro de l\u2019identifiant unique (pour CNAM\/CNSS\/CNRPS)
\n\tConfirmer l\u2019op\u00e9ration, en composant le code confidentiel \u00e0 4 chiffres de la carte e-DINAR SMART.<\/p>\n

Pour plus de transparence et de fiabilit\u00e9, un SMS est transmis imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur pour l\u2019informer de l\u2019encaissement du mandat dans son compte e-DINAR SMART.<\/p>\n

Le service \u00abMobiflouss\u00bb lanc\u00e9 depuis mai 2012 fonctionne sur tout type de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et totalise plus de 335 000 utilisateurs actif, qui rechargent une ligne Ooredoo, se transf\u00e8rent de l\u2019argent, payent leur factures et encaissent les mandats minutes, Western Union et leurs bourses universitaires.<\/p>\n

Certains utilisateurs g\u00e8rent et remboursent aussi leurs \u00e9ch\u00e9ances de micro cr\u00e9dit Taysir gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur mobile.<\/p>\n
