Le Service Client Orange Tunisie a obtenu la certification COPC CSP Standard* \u00abCustomer Operations Performance Center \u00bb, norme rigoureuse de gestion op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par des managers senior de plusieurs compagnies : American Express, Compaq, Dell, Intel, Microsoft, la norme COPC est un syst\u00e8me de gestion de la performance centr\u00e9e sur la voix du Client. Elle d\u00e9finit l\u2019ensemble des processus et mesures \u00e0 maitriser pour garantir l\u2019efficience op\u00e9rationnelle, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue des performances et de la satisfaction des Clients.<\/p>\n

\u00ab La satisfaction de nos Clients, l\u2019engagement de nos collaborateurs et l\u2019efficience op\u00e9rationnelle sont au c\u0153ur de nos pr\u00e9occupations.
