Amnesty International a demand\u00e9 aux nouvelles autorit\u00e9s libyennes de remettre le fils de Mouammar Gueddafi, Seif El Islam, et l\u2019ancien chef des services de renseignements, Abdullah Senoussi, \u00e0 la Cour p\u00e9nale Internationale dans le cas o\u00f9 ils sont arr\u00eat\u00e9s.\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0Il faut leur permettre de se rendre \u00e0 la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI) pour r\u00e9pondre d\u2019accusations de crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9cise le communiqu\u00e9 d\u2019Amnesty International. \u00ab\u00a0Si les informations selon lesquelles Sa\u00eff al\u00a0Islam Kadhafi et Abdullah al\u00a0Senoussi souhaitent se rendre de leur plein gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale sont exactes, ils doivent \u00eatre autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 le faire, et il importe de garantir leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et leurs droits\u00a0\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 Marek Marczynski, membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019Amnesty International pour la justice internationale. <\/p>\n

Il a ajout\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0le Conseil national de transition (CNT) et les gouvernements voisins de la Libye doivent garantir qu’ils seront d\u00e9tenus en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et rapidement transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 La Haye afin d\u2019\u00eatre entendus, qu\u2019ils se rendent volontairement ou qu\u2019ils soient arr\u00eat\u00e9s puis transf\u00e9r\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Que ces hommes soient jug\u00e9s par la CPI permettrait de garantir que les victimes obtiennent justice, v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et r\u00e9parations pour les crimes contre l’humanit\u00e9 qu\u2019ils sont accus\u00e9s d\u2019avoir commis contre le peuple libyen \u2013\u00a0une justice qui serait compromise si l\u2019homicide ill\u00e9gal du colonel Mouammar Kadhafi est confirm\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb a poursuivi le responsable d\u2019Amnesty International.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
