Tous ceux qui n\u2019ont pas visit\u00e9 Sousse depuis un certain temps et qui y sont revenus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement surpris par le spectacle qu\u2019offre, d\u00e9sormais, le Bouja\u00e2far, un des plus beaux sites de la r\u00e9gion, voire de Tunisie. L\u2019ensemble h\u00f4telier, g\u00e9r\u00e9 par les Koweitiens, qui tr\u00f4nait face \u00e0 la plage, sans la d\u00e9figurer, a \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis, par un homme d\u2019affaires local, en vue d\u2019en faire des buildings fastueux, initialement destin\u00e9s \u00e0 un usage touristique et commercial.<\/p>\n

Seulement, le projet de ce promoteur n\u2019a pas pris r\u00e9ellement forme, vu le coup dur que le tourisme a accus\u00e9 depuis les attentats terroristes du Bardo et de Sousse.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9sultat des courses : une partie des constructions a \u00e9t\u00e9, r\u00e9cemment, pratiquement ras\u00e9e pour c\u00e9der la place \u00e0 un immense parking. Et du jour au lendemain, les Soussiens ont droit \u00e0 un spectacle des plus d\u00e9solants et si peu digne d\u2019une ville surnomm\u00e9e la Perle du Sahel.<\/p>\n

Idem vers El Marhaba, o\u00f9 un grand h\u00f4tel de la place a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truit pour qu\u2019\u00e9merge \u00e0 la place une poign\u00e9e d\u2019immeubles avec des rez-de-chauss\u00e9e r\u00e9serv\u00e9s au commerce. M\u00eame si, ici, le spectacle n\u2019est pas aussi d\u00e9solant que celui de Bouja\u00e2far, il s\u2019agit toujours d\u2019une autre grosse perte pour l\u2019esth\u00e9tique urbanistique d\u2019une ville comme Sousse.<\/p>\n
