Carthage Cement a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2008 suite \u00e0 la scission totale de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00abLes Grandes Carri\u00e8res du Nord\u00bb. Une carri\u00e8re d\u2019une superficie de 218 Ha \u00e0 Jbel Resas lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9e. Carthage Cement est d\u00e9tenue \u00e0 hauteur de 99,99% par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 BINA CORP. Cette derni\u00e8re est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme au capital social de 72,18 MDT d\u00e9tenue \u00e0 hauteur de 59,54% par BINA Holding dont le capital est r\u00e9parti \u00e9galitairement entre le groupe Karthago et le groupe STA.<\/p>\n

Le reste du capital BINA CORP est d\u00e9tenu par un investisseur financier \u00e9tranger en l\u2019occurrence Gulf Investment Overseas \u00e0 raison de 40,43%. <\/p>\n
