Amnesty International vient de publier un communiqu\u00e9 relatif \u00e0 la Tunisie dans lequel elle appelle les partis politiques \u00e0 tenir leurs promesses de r\u00e9forme. Amnesty rel\u00e8ve que neuf mois apr\u00e8s la chute de Ben Ali, \u00ab de nombreux Tunisiens ont toujours du mal \u00e0 croire que les autorit\u00e9s puissent leur offrir justice et dignit\u00e9, ainsi que des institutions auxquels ils peuvent se fier.\u00bb Elle consid\u00e8re que les \u00e9lections constituent \u00ab une occasion pour les partis politiques de tenir les promesses qu\u2019ils ont faites et de traduire leur discours en mesures concr\u00e8tes favorisant les droits humains et l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit. C\u2019est le seul moyen de mettre fin au cycle des violations qui ont aliment\u00e9 les manifestations de d\u00e9cembre et de janvier.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Ces engagements sont les suivants : ma\u00eetriser les forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ; combattre les tortures et les mauvais traitements ; r\u00e9clamer l\u2019abolition de la d\u00e9tention au secret ; faire appliquer les droits \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression ; d\u2019association et de r\u00e9union ; r\u00e9former le syst\u00e8me judiciaire ; enqu\u00eater sur les atteintes commises par le pass\u00e9 ; mettre en \u0153uvre les droits \u00e9conomiques, sociaux et culturels pour tous ; mettre fin \u00e0 la discrimination ; mettre un terme \u00e0 la violence contre les femmes et abolir la peine de mort.<\/p>\n
