Le magazine Foreign Policy a choisi le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Moncef Marzouki pour figurer dans sa liste des 100 meilleurs penseurs globaux 2012 (Top 100 Global Thinkers of 2012).<\/p>\n

En effet, il figure deuxi\u00e8me juste apr\u00e8s la chef de l’opposition birmane Aung San Suu Kyi.<\/p>\n

Ce m\u00e9rite revient au pr\u00e9sident Moncef Marzouki, car il a su garder les id\u00e9es du \u00ab\u00a0Printemps\u00a0\u00bb en vie, explique le magazine.<\/p>\n

Parce qu’aussi lors de la r\u00e9union de l’Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il a demand\u00e9 aux Nations Unies de d\u00e9clarer la dictature comme une \u00ab\u00a0maladie\u00a0\u00bb, de lancer une campagne officielle contre les dirigeants dictatoriaux, et de cr\u00e9er un tribunal international pour arbitrer des \u00e9lections et des gouvernements l\u00e9gitimes de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 emp\u00eacher le retour de la dictature, pr\u00e9cise le magazine.<\/p>\n

Moncef Marzouki est actuellement en Angleterre avec le leader du mouvement Ennahdha Rached Ghannouchi pour recevoir le Prix du think tank britannique Chatham House, connu sous le nom de l\u2019Institut royal des affaires.<\/p>\n

L’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re le magazine Foreign Policy a r\u00e9compens\u00e9 les travaux de Ghannouchi qui, selon le magazine, ont transform\u00e9 la \u00abperception globale\u00bb durant les 12 derniers mois de l’ann\u00e9e 2011.
