L\u2019Union g\u00e9n\u00e9rale tunisienne du travail (UGTT) a appel\u00e9, ce jeudi 24 octobre 2019 \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0la reprise des n\u00e9gociations sociales dans le secteur priv\u00e9 et \u00e0 entamer des n\u00e9gociations en r\u00e9visant les accords conjoints\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Dans une d\u00e9claration publi\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9union de son bureau ex\u00e9cutif \u00e9largi, la Centrale syndicale a appel\u00e9 le gouvernement \u00e0 activer les accords conclus dans un certain nombre de secteurs et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre ses engagements envers le partenaire social afin de \u00ab\u00a0respecter la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 des n\u00e9gociations et de maintenir la stabilit\u00e9 sociale\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

En lan\u00e7ant cet appel nul doute que la Centrale syndicale s’adresse \u00e0 la fois au gouvernement actuel et au prochain qui n’est pas encore en cours de formation.<\/p>\n

Estimant que \u00ab\u00a0la politique de cr\u00e9ation de richesse, de valorisation du travail, ainsi que la clart\u00e9 des programmes \u00e9conomiques et sociaux et la mise en place d\u2019une approche de d\u00e9veloppement juste, durable et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, constituent le v\u00e9ritable moyen de sortir de la crise qui a plong\u00e9 le pays depuis un certain temps, l’UGTT adresse, en fait, un message clair au prochain gouvernement.<\/p>\n

Il faut d\u00e9sormais \u00e9viter les solutions de \u00ab\u00a0rafistolage\u00a0\u00bb, aux d\u00e9pens des salari\u00e9s et \u00ab\u00a0qui ne font qu\u2019exacerber la crise et cr\u00e9er des climats sociaux tendus\u00a0\u00bb.
