Parmi les 217 d\u00e9put\u00e9s \u00e9lus \u00e0 l’Assembl\u00e9e des repr\u00e9sentants du peuple (ARP), dix sont des conseillers municipaux, qui se sont fait \u00e9lire au Parlement.<\/p>\n

Le cumul entre le mandat parlementaire et le mandat municipal \u00e9tant interdit par la loi \u00e9lectorale, l\u2019organisation AlBawsala a \u00e9pingl\u00e9 quatre de ces d\u00e9put\u00e9s qui cumulent toujours deux mandats dans la mesure o\u00f9 ils n\u2019ont toujours pas d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 de leur fonction municipale.<\/p>\n

Un de ces d\u00e9put\u00e9s \u00e9pingl\u00e9s est Zouhair Makhlouf qui cumule actuellement les mandats de d\u00e9put\u00e9 Qalb Tounes et de conseiller municipal \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9 de Ma\u00e2moura.<\/p>\n

AlBawsala, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l’observation du travail parlementaire, indique que le Parlement aurit du v\u00e9rifier si les nouveaux \u00e9lus ne sont pas en exc\u00e8s de mandats et ce, avant la s\u00e9ance inaugurale de la deuxi\u00e8me l\u00e9gislature.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
