En d\u00e9placement en Suisse pour participer aux travaux du Forum \u00e9conomique mondial de Davos, la cheffe du gouvernement Najla Bouden est revenue sur la question de la fuite des cerveaux qui a consid\u00e9rablement nui \u00e0 la Tunisie.<\/p>\n

Lors de son intervention, Bouden, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la fuite des cerveaux demeure un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne pr\u00e9occupant, assurant qu’un \u00ab tiers des ing\u00e9nieurs tunisiens ont quitt\u00e9 le pays, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Pour la locatrice de la Kasbah, cette question repr\u00e9sente des \u00ab pertes importantes dans le domaine de l’investissement de l’\u00c9tat pour le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et limite ses espoirs de parvenir \u00e0 la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n

L\u2019exode des comp\u00e9tences tunisiennes continue \u00e0 inqui\u00e9ter plus qu\u2019un, mais les autorit\u00e9s et les responsables font la sourde oreille. M\u00e9decins, ing\u00e9nieurs, profs universitaires, \u00e9tudiants et techniciens, tous quittent le pays en raison de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 des conditions dans lesquelles ils exercent, \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un avenir meilleur.<\/p>\n

Et sans aucun doute, ce sont les pays europ\u00e9ens ou encore am\u00e9ricains qui en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient le plus, notamment la France et le Canada qui \u00ab absorbent \u00bb carr\u00e9ment ces comp\u00e9tences tunisiennes.<\/p>\n

\u201cEnviron 3 mille ing\u00e9nieurs quittent annuellement la Tunisie pour d\u00e9crocher un travail \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger avec des salaires allant de 2500 \u00e0 3000 euros par mois pour les d\u00e9butants, en l\u2019absence de conditions favorables du march\u00e9 de travail tunisien, notamment des salaires mensuels variant entre 1000 et 1200 dinars,\u201d a indiqu\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Ordre des ing\u00e9nieurs tunisiens (OIT), Oussama Kheriji.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
